Our Menu

Our menu is small, seasonal, and ever-changing — designed to celebrate the freshest ingredients from local farms and producers. We create thoughtful sharing plates that shift week by week, inspired by what’s at its peak, in season, and what excites us in the kitchen. You’ll always find a mix of comforting flavours and playful surprises, paired with natural wines chosen to bring out the best in each dish. No two visits are quite the same — and that’s the beauty of it.

Farm to Table

At the heart of our cooking is a simple belief: food tastes best when it comes from nearby, grown and made with care. That’s why we work closely with small, independent producers who share our passion for quality and sustainability. Our current menu is shaped by the harvests of farms such as Banner Farm in Co. Clare, Abercorn Organic Vegetable Farm in Co. Wicklow, and McNally’s Organic Family Farm in Co. Dublin, alongside artisan cheeses from St. Tola Goat Cheese Farm in Co. Clare and Gubbeen in Co. Cork. By sourcing locally and seasonally, every plate we serve connects you to the land, the farmers, and the traditions that inspire us.
